Operations & Project Support Officer
Julie is responsible for the Institute’s marketing and promotional activities alongside developing a programme of knowledge exchange events, including the annual International Conference for Bio-Sensing Technology in association with Elsevier -this year’s conference was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Julie is also responsible for the Centre’s academic and business membership activities. She brings with her a wealth of experience in events management, across a variety of sectors.
Julie is also the Marketing and Events Officer for the Health Tech Hub, based at the University of the West of England (UWE) Bristol. Recent events have included the Medilink South West Business and Innovation Awards as well as a range of business networking events, workshops and seminars across Bristol, such as A Digital Future for the Health and Life Science Sector, cross-discipline networking evenings and various workshops Connecting the Food and Drink Sector to the Health and Lifesciences.
