MicroLab Devices is an innovative electronics design and manufacturing company specializing in expediting multi-physics and multidisciplinary sensors and systems development, through our instrumentation, simulation and integration approach. Our growing portfolio of instrumentation is able to facilitate proof-of-concept studies and research; supported by our finite element modelling capability. We are in the unique position to design in post-production and in-deployment test capability into microfluidic and bio-sensing systems, something often overlooked. We are able to design and manufacture custom embedded electronics, firmware, telemetry and mobile computing applications including optics, machining to microfluidics.

A range of instrumentation which is programmable, interoperable and easy to use by a personnel from different disciplines. Instruments include; high voltage power supplies (biasing, electro-osmotic flow, electrophoresis), thermocyclers, impedance spectrometers, UV-VIS spectrometer interfaces with an every growing portfolio. Multi-physics FEM simulation capability for design optimization and test analysis for post-production and in-deployment system health monitoring with degradation correction. Complete system design and integration covering embedded electronics design (sensors and systems), software (embedded, mobile and desktop), machining, mechanical fixtures and fittings and microfluidics. Complete system manufacture and distribution.
